For whom?

Our classes are specifically designed for kids aged 6-16. A fun and effective way to get fit!


If we get enough sign-ups, we will soon start separate classes for 12 and 12+. Keep an eye on our website and socials for more information!


The differences between 12 and 12+:

  • 6-12 years: Discover the world of fitness in a fun and safe way.
  • 12 years and older: Train like a real CrossFitter and reach your fitness goals.

Our CrossFit Kids classes are all about fun. In a playful way, children learn the basics of fitness and develop important skills such as strength, endurance and coordination.

When?

The first classes start on October 16 and October 18. Introduce your child to the world of CrossFit!


Class times:

  • Wednesdays (starting October 16th): 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
  • Fridays (starting October 18th): 4:45 PM - 5:30 PM
