Safety and respect:

  • Leave your ego at home. There is always someone faster, stronger, bigger and better than you.
  • Always listen to the instructor. The instructor is there to guide you and ensure a safe training.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Provide shoes with good grip and clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely.
  • Use the equipment in a safe manner. Ask for help if you are unsure about something.
  • Tidy up your belongings and treat all materials with respect. Put weights back in their place, pick up your sweats and put away your used materials.
  • Report defects to the instructor.
  • Be respectful to other athletes. Take into account the space of others and help each other where necessary.
  • Celebrate each other's records! When you break a record, you ring the PR bell and everyone present does a burpee for you.
  • Be honest during training and do not cheat. No one cares what your score is, but everyone notices when you cheat. Be honest with yourself and your fellow CrossFitters. If you lose count, your next repetition is the first.
  • Challenge yourself, but also know your limits. Know when to take a step back or when to step up. You train with us so that we can help you become fitter.

Hygiene:

  • Wear clean sportswear and shoes. Use the waste bins provided.

Other:

  • Don't worry about your appearance. Focus on technique.
  • Be on time. This way you have time to change clothes and warm up before training.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the box.
  • Have fun! CrossFit is a fun and challenging way to train.
