Article 1 Registration
- Registration with CrossFit Daadkracht is done via the registration form on the website or at the reception of CrossFit Daadkracht.
- Membership commences on the date indicated by the member during registration.
- Young people up to the age of 16 must register with the approval and signature of a parent.
Article 2 Subscriptions, rates, cancellation and payment terms
- A subscription can start at any time and is tacitly renewed at the end of the subscription period. From renewal, a notice period of one month applies.
- Upon registration, a one-time fee of €34,99 must be paid.
- CrossFit Daadkracht membership options:
- 3x Per Week Membership: This membership grants access to 3 workouts per week. There is a minimum contract duration of 4 months. After this period, the membership becomes month-to-month.
- 4x Per Week Membership: This membership grants access to 4 workouts per week. There is a minimum contract duration of 4 months. After this period, the membership becomes month-to-month.
- Unlimited Membership: This membership grants access to unlimited workouts per week. There is a minimum contract duration of 3 months. After this period, the membership becomes month-to-month.
- The subscription must be canceled in writing. Because we bill in advance, you will be charged one more month's subscription fee after you cancel in writing.
- Payment:
- The subscription fee must be paid by direct debit.
- Payment is collected automatically every month. All payments are due and payable in advance. If the amount due is not received on time due to reversal, the direct debit will be offered again at the next monthly direct debit without costs. If the payment due has not been received, a reminder will be sent, for which €7.50 administration costs will be charged. If this collection is unsuccessful, the claim will be outsourced for collection, with all costs (including extrajudicial collection costs) being borne by the card holder. As long as the payment obligation has not been met, the member may not use the sports facilities. Refund of membership fees is not possible in this case.
- CrossFit Daadkracht reserves the right to index rates; Members will be notified at least two months before a price change.
- In the event of cancellation earlier than the date on which the subscription ends (i.e. before the commencement of a tacit renewal), the member will continue to owe the monthly subscription fee for the remaining term of the contract. Tacitly extended subscriptions can be canceled on a monthly basis.
- CrossFit Daadkracht reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member does not behave in accordance with the house rules on the instructions of the employees. The contribution for the remaining period is payable by CrossFit Daadkracht.
- In the event of illness or injury lasting more than one month, membership can be temporarily terminated in consultation with CrossFit Daadkracht and with a doctor's note.
Article 3 Opening and training times, registration and cancellation of training
- CrossFit Daadkracht reserves the right to change opening hours. Opening hours may be adjusted during the summer months, holidays and on or around public holidays. The times of group lessons can also be changed or canceled. The member is not entitled to a refund of the membership if CrossFit Daadkracht is closed on these days or times.
- Group lessons must be reserved in advance. If unable to attend, the member must cancel in advance so that other members can use the training time.
Article 4 Risk and liability
- Using the equipment, following a program or participating in activities of any kind at CrossFit Daadkracht is entirely at the member's own risk. CrossFit Daadkracht and all employees do not accept any liability for damage suffered by the member or third parties.
- CrossFit Daadkracht, the staff or care providers of CrossFit Daadkracht do not accept any liability for damage, injury, loss or theft of property of the member or third parties.
- member is liable for damage caused to property of CrossFit Daadkracht, if this damage is due to negligence and/or fault of the member.
Article 5 House rules
- The member is expected to be aware of the house rules of CrossFit Daadkracht and must adhere to them. The house rules can be found on the website and can also be found on location.
Article 6 General terms and conditions, applicable law
- These terms and conditions and all agreements with CrossFit Daadkracht are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
- All disputes that may arise as a result of the agreement between the member and CrossFit Daadkracht will be settled by the competent court.
- By registering, the member declares the general terms and conditions and to accept the house rules of CrossFit Daadkracht.
- CrossFit Daadkracht is entitled to change the house rules and general terms and conditions. Once amended, these apply to both existing and new members.
